We love Bally’s 1970s poster series entitled Shoe Woman & Shoe Man, by Alain Gauthier. Bally is renowned for its abstract and impressionist style adverts. The Swiss company often ran sets of posters acting as a sort of stand alone collection along side the clothes. While most labels were using models to sell products, Bally continued to favour hand drawn posters well into the 1980s.
